Section 1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bet365bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, product, or feature offered through bet365bd. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bet365bd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply to all products available on bet365bd, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, kabaddi, football, and other sports), live casino games, video slots, and crash-format games such as Monster Crash and Ice and Fire. Additional terms specific to individual products or promotions may apply and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any product-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that product or promotion, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

Section 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

bet365bd operates a strict 18+ age policy. Access to any real-money product, feature, or service on the Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in relation to any account, deposit, wager, or withdrawal;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

bet365bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 may require full identity verification before processing is completed.

Section 3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on bet365bd, players must register a personal account through the bet365bd Login page. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Players are required to set a secure password and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on bet365bd at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, bet365bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus claims, and withhold any accumulated balance pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your bet365bd account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet365bd immediately at support@bet365bd. The Platform cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

Players should:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Never share their account credentials with any third party, including friends or family members;
• Log out of their account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by the Platform.

3.3 Account Verification

bet365bd conducts identity verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Players may be required to submit verification documents at registration, at the point of withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet365bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to player accounts within minutes of confirmation, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

bet365bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements and any applicable wagering conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players may only withdraw to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the account, unless a prior arrangement has been made with the support team.

bet365bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. These checks are conducted to protect players and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

4.3 Fees

bet365bd does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (mobile wallet operators and banks) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider prior to initiating transactions.

Section 5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bet365bd offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented to the player.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met exclusively through real-money bets on eligible products; bets placed with bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bet365bd actively monitors bonus claims and wagering activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and exploitation of technical errors or pricing mistakes. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.

5.3 Promotion Validity

All promotional offers carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. bet365bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after it has been communicated to players, where circumstances warrant such action.

Section 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Players agree to use bet365bd in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. By accessing the Platform, you agree to the following obligations and accept that violations may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet365bd:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical interference, software exploits, or collusion;
• Operating automated betting systems, bots, or scripts without prior written approval from bet365bd;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider wagering, or the use of privileged information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Platform staff through any communication channel;
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions or account access controls using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as a payment intermediary for other players.

6.2 Responsible Use

Players are expected to engage with bet365bd's gaming products in a responsible and measured manner. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session duration reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion to support healthy gaming habits. Players experiencing difficulties with their gaming behaviour are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact support at support@bet365bd for assistance.

Section 7 Account Suspension & Closure

bet365bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6;
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their bet365bd account at any time by contacting support at support@bet365bd. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Platform will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bet365bd will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity-related administration fees. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support@bet365bd.

Section 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet365bd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its products or services.

bet365bd does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions;
• All game outcomes will be accessible or displayed in real time without delay;
• The Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components;
• Any specific level of winnings or returns can be achieved through use of the Platform.

In all cases, bet365bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, bet365bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. The Platform's decision in relation to technical errors is final and binding.

8.2 Force Majeure

bet365bd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service outages, or natural disasters affecting Bangladesh or the Platform's hosting infrastructure.

8.3 Contact & Complaints

Players who wish to raise a complaint or dispute in relation to any aspect of the bet365bd service should contact the support team in the first instance at support@bet365bd. The team will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 5 business days. All complaint communications should be submitted in English or Bengali and should include the player's registered account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective immediately for all new and existing players. By continuing to use bet365bd after this date, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
